Service Principles


In order to continue providing our excellent service, we have a dedicated Customer Service Department whose staff will be pleased to answer any questions. Customers can order their ingredients through our telephone order hotline or online via our website.

If there is a problem it may be possible to correct it over the phone via our technical department. Should it be necessary to visit your premises, we will arrange a mutually convenient time.

To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction we employ an independent market research company to conduct customer service assessments with a random selection of customers three times a year.
